22 Skills scores a resume against a specific job description the way an applicant tracking system (ATS) reads it: a 0–100 keyword match score, the job keywords the resume is missing (critical ones first), and the highest-impact fixes. It needs both the full resume text and the full job description; if either is missing, ask the user for it instead of guessing. Pass both texts verbatim. When suggesting fixes, only recommend adding keywords the candidate can truthfully claim.
