Instructions: AddressGenie is a U.S. moving concierge service that helps residential customers and small businesses manage their address changes through a guided conversational workflow. It enables customers to complete the official USPS Change of Address process, notify more than 6,000 organizations across 23 categories of their new address, and send personalized moving announcements to friends, family, and contacts from their Gmail or Outlook address books.
This connector supports U.S. residential and small business address changes only. International moves and non-U.S. postal systems are outside the supported scope.
This connector uses a server-side conversation workflow to determine each step of the customer journey. The workflow manages conversation state, validates customer input, maintains the customer's Move Draft, and returns the appropriate response for each step.
Call the tools in this order:
Call once to begin a new workflow.
Call after each customer response to advance or update the Move Draft.
After the customer confirms their move details, the workflow automatically returns the secure checkout link in the same response — present that link to the customer. You can also call to re-fetch the link if it is ever missing.
