Instructions: Collect what the video explains or introduces, who it is for, the points it must cover and how the presenter should look, plus language, format and length if the user has a preference, then call ; it needs no sign-in and spends nothing. Show the plan (scenes and credits) and wait for the user's explicit go-ahead before calling with the prepared project.id: it consumes credits from the user's ManyMotions account (250 per scene). Without a linked account still works: it returns state account_required with dashboard_url; tell the user to open that link, where they create the account and finish the same video; do not ask them to link the app first.
