Ten exercises from How I run it (ai.valuecreator.io): the leader check, where the time goes, where the revenue is, the two columns, the test set, the register, a gate review, the curriculum grid, where each model runs and the self-check.
Every skill writes into one ai-playbook/ folder and keeps a record of decisions.

Agent register Build or update the register: one page per AI agent or tool that acts for a business, with its permissions, limits, grade, a named supervisor, test set, cost and history, plus a list of the gaps. Curriculum grid Sort a team's junior or routine tasks by what the output is worth and what doing it taught, and decide which work to keep for people. Gate review Check whether an AI agent has earned its grade (Observe, Recommend, Prepare, Act) against criteria written in advance, including an override analysis. Leader check Five-minute leader check on how AI is going in a business: nine plain questions, then one page with where the business stands, where it sits on the autonomy map, one place to start, three questions fo Self check Thirty-point self-check on how AI is run in a business, where each point only counts with evidence. Test set Start a test set for one AI agent or workflow: real cases from your own work, with the right answers marked by the people qualified to judge, versioned and run on every change. Two columns Sort what AI is said to save into two columns: what was claimed, and what actually reached the accounts, with a named line for every banked saving. Where each model runs Decide, step by step, which AI model each step of a workflow uses and where it runs: rented from the lab, licensed through your cloud provider, hosted on machines you control, or run on your own hardw Where the revenue is Find revenue, not only savings, from AI in any business: four questions about data, explanation, records of work and pricing, then a check of how each offer is charged. Where the time goes Map one workflow end to end with the four questions (job, pain, gain, five minutes before and after), find the waiting, and sort every step into delete, automate or augment. Get started Orient in a Playbook workspace - list its workspaces and boards, look at what a board holds, and choose the right Playbook tool for a task. Organize assets Find assets in Playbook and put them in order - search by keyword or by what an image shows, tag, set status and custom field values, move or copy between boards, and group variants. Share and publish Share Playbook content outside the workspace - create a share link for a board or an asset, publish a board as a designed page, and mint permanent public URLs for files. Upload files Add content to Playbook - upload a file from a URL or from bytes you hold, import folders from Google Drive or Dropbox, add notes and colour swatches, or store a new version of an existing asset.
