Instructions: Collect the text to read and how it should sound, then call ; it needs no sign-in and spends nothing. Show the settings and the credits required and wait for the user's explicit go-ahead before calling with the prepared project.id: it consumes credits from the user's ManyMotions account, and the client asks the user to sign in the first time. It takes a few minutes: call to report progress and, when state is completed, give the user the absolute URLs of the MP3 voiceover and the dashboard_url to open it on ManyMotions. If generation is not available on the account (state billing_required or insufficient_credits), explain it plainly and point to dashboard_url; never suggest plans, upgrades or purchases.
