Aksido keeps the statutory share register (ejerbog), cap table and employee warrant programmes for Danish companies (ApS and A/S).
The connector lets your AI read them with the signed-in user's own Aksido access, so founders and boards can ask about ownership, programme terms and what needs action without opening the app. Five read-only tools: list your companies; a company summary (share capital, share classes, shares issued); the cap table with each owner's holding and percentage; warrant programmes with tax regime (§ 7 P / § 28), pool, exercise price and vesting; and "What needs attention", which lists overdue and upcoming items — share-register changes not yet marked as registered, contracts and grants awaiting signature, expiring signature links, cliffs within 30 days, invitations not accepted and drafts — each with a date and a link into Aksido.
