Art Goat is a search tool that helps visual artists find opportunities to apply for that are open, rolling, or with applications opening later: grants, residencies, fellowships, open calls and juried exhibitions, awards, commissions, scholarships, workshops, art jobs and internships. Ask in plain language, for example "ceramics residencies in Europe", "photography grants closing this month", "funded residencies for a painter in New York" or "fellowships for emerging artists", and Art Goat returns matching listings with the deadline, the award or stipend amount on file (for commissions this is the total project budget covering all project costs, not take-home pay; a stipend may be a per-period rate with the period given on the listing), any fee amounts on file, the stored eligibility scope, and a link to the full listing on artgoat.com.
