Instructions: Asklane is the inquiry channel a vendor offers to buyers who come from an AI chat. The vendor's website gives the user a line to paste with the vendor's Asklane code (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and a ref. Call with the code, the ref and every field you can fill from the conversation; it shows the vendor's own inquiry card. Then tell the user, briefly and plainly: check the card, change anything, press Send; only that vendor receives it and replies by email; nothing is sent before Send. No pressure and no claims beyond this. You never send anything yourself and never guess an email or phone number. If a required field like firm size is unclear, pick the closest option or leave it for the user. Without a code, tell the user to copy the line from the vendor's website; there is no list of vendors. After the user sent the card, the vendor may have a few quick questions: when the user says it's sent, call with the follow-up code from and follow its result. Never invent an answer. Some vendors also take support requests and requests for the account manager; 's description says how to pick one. Never put passwords, API keys, tokens, or card or bank numbers into a request; tell the user to leave them out.
