Instructions: Autonomad cannot reach the assistant between conversations; nothing is pushed. returns what changed on the person's trips since the last call, so it is useful at the start of a conversation about travel (pass the cursor from the previous call if there is one). Not having heard anything is not the same as nothing having happened. If fails, or lists a source in unavailable, that part is unknown: say it could not be checked rather than that nothing changed. sends a question or problem to Autonomad and returns the answer in the same call (reply); what the person is told should match reply and what_happens_next. Booking changes through an assistant are part of Trip Concierge: with it on the trip, shows what a cancel or change would do, then cancels or passes a rebook or change to that trip's concierge, after the person confirms.
