• A safe booking checklist - confirm live space, hold if possible, transfer, then ticket. Never transfer before you see the seat.
• Works out the cancel or change fee, where the points go back, and if a rebook is cheaper than keeping the ticket.
• Finds the credit cards the user owns and their welcome bonuses from approval and bonus emails, from the user's own signed-in issuer account pages, or from screenshots. Saves cards, bonus status, spend deadlines and annual fees to Award Travel Finder. Never asks for passwords or card numbers.
• With browser or computer use, reads the balance, elite status, tier progress and upcoming bookings from loyalty accounts where the user is already signed in, then saves them to Award Travel Finder. Never asks for passwords. Read-only on the airline or hotel site.
• With browser or computer use, reads card or bank transactions from an account where the user is already signed in (or downloads the statement), then imports them with import_spending_statement. Read-only. Never moves money or stores credentials.
• A pre-flight briefing - aircraft and seat, lounges, wifi, airport delays and security waits, and a reprice check on the award.
• Finds award seats for 2+ travellers together and splits the points cost across balances and accounts.
• Uses the user's own email and browser connectors together. Email finds booking confirmations and the latest balance statements; the signed-in browser fills the gaps and checks the newest values. Saves everything to Award Travel Finder and shows one summary.
• Walks a new user through sign-in, a first award search, watching the route, adding balances and a weekly review.
• Tracks a booked hotel stay, cash or points, and rebooks when the price falls below what the user paid.
• Search the connected Gmail or Outlook inbox for booking confirmations from the last 12 months and upcoming trips, import each one with import_booking, then summarise by trip.
• Decides if a live transfer bonus is worth using now, what to book with it and how many points to move.
• Audits a hotel folio or stay for missing points, elite benefits and bad charges, then writes the claim.
• Picks the next travel card from the user's spend, current cards, goals and live welcome bonuses.
• From a route and dates to a bookable award, with the cheapest transfer path, a hold plan and booking steps.
• Picks the flight with the lowest net cost after miles and status progress, says where to credit it, and finds a status run if the gap stays open.
• Sets up award-seat monitors, hotel price-drop tracking and recurring standing orders in one pass.
• Finds the cheapest way to an elite tier - match, challenge, earn or run - from the status the user already holds.
• Reads each points balance from account pages where the user is already signed in, then saves it with update_points_balance. Never asks for passwords.
• A weekly digest of live transfer bonuses, points sales and route-monitor hits that match the user's balances.
• Turns the user's balances into 3-5 concrete award trips they can afford, with live seats and transfer paths.
