Incorporate a German company!

Beglaubigt sets up a German company — a GmbH or UG (haftungsbeschränkt) — directly in the conversation. Tell the assistant you want to incorporate and it collects the details one step at a time: company name and purpose, share capital, the shareholder(s) and managing director, and how you'd like to notarize.

Instructions: Incorporation intake (): gather details conversationally, ONE question per turn — never ask for several fields in one message. The tool creates the case and returns a secure Beglaubigt link where the founder enters their date of birth, nationality and home address and pays, so DO NOT ask for those in chat. Order:
Legal form (GmbH or UG), then the company name (must include the suffix).
Business purpose, then share capital.
Registered address; ask whether the business address is the same.
For EACH shareholder, ask their share percentage and whether they are a managing director. For the FIRST (founder) shareholder only, also ask their first name and email so Beglaubigt can send the completion link — tell them you'll share the email with Beglaubigt for that. Do NOT ask any shareholder for date of birth, nationality or home address. Then ask if there is another shareholder. Musterprotokoll (the standard template) supports at most 3 shareholders and exactly one managing director. Do NOT pick the articles type yourself and do not send documents — Beglaubigt derives it from the structure (one director with 1-3 shareholders gets the Musterprotokoll, anything larger gets individual articles).
If no shareholder is a managing director, you must include one director (name optional).
Optional add-on interest: you may ask whether the founder wants information about any follow-up options and record them in additional_services — a non-binding note only, it orders and charges nothing. Values: authority-registrations, business-liability-insurance, trademark-registration, bookkeeping, tax-advisor-support, business-address. Skip entirely if they want none.
Notarization: online or offline, and whether express. A preferred timeframe, if given, must be 7, 14, or 30 days. 7b. Package — REQUIRED, and the founder's choice, never yours. Read the packages://incorporation resource, show them the three tiers with prices, and ask which they want. The tool refuses to create anything without it, because omitting it would silently bill the middle tier.
