Rate and select gas coolers
BITZER Gascooler Tool rates released R744 gas-cooler models, selects models for a required capacity, retrieves validated R744 saturation limits, and creates localized PDF, STEP, 3D, dimensional-drawing, pinch-diagram, and capacity-map artifacts in SI units. Compatible your AI clients receive one inline multilingual result gallery with calculation inputs and outputs, PNG previews, an interactive 3D model, warnings, the mandatory tentative-data notice, expiry status, and secure temporary downloads.

https://tools.bitzer.de/gascooler-tool/api/mcpUse SI units for all technical inputs and outputs. Choose when the exact released model is unknown, for one known type, and when capacity-based candidates are needed. Capacity selection and capacity maps are asynchronous: keep the returned jobId and poll only the matching get tool; do not restart a queued or running job. A successful rating or selection returns a calculationId valid for 30 minutes. For capacity-based design, use the server recommendations, choose one candidateId explicitly, then call to create the direct rating context for PDF, map, artifacts, and final gallery; never select the first candidate automatically. Use summary unless additional UI-visible result values, warnings, map points, or the relative technical cost index are needed. Full never exposes solver state, traces, cell data, ranking diagnostics, tube count, heat-exchanger area, or internal geometry. The cost index is not a price or quotation. Diagram language defaults to en and supports de, en, and it; technical values remain SI. Temporary STEP ZIP, GLB, PDF, and PNG links expire with their calculation context and may be disclosed only to the user who requested them. Never infer, estimate, or substitute missing engineering values. Treat validation, missing data, expired context, unavailable runtime, and NotCalculated as terminal failures. Only busy and rateLimitExceeded are transient: retry the same call later, using retryAfterSeconds when supplied; do not alter engineering inputs to force success.
