Explore official drug labels
CAIRO Medicines looks up medicines authorised in the EU and the US and returns the regulator-published label text itself, with the product, document, section, source URL and date attached to every passage. Users can find a medicine by brand name or active ingredient, narrow a broad section to the specific warning they asked about, review the version history of a label, and find the official adverse-event reporting route for their jurisdiction.

Call first when the product is ambiguous. Pass audience ('patient' default -> package leaflet / patient labeling; 'hcp' -> SmPC/USPI) to ; the server selects the governing document, the host application owns wording. Escalation routes ride on every response — surface them when a user describes a possible adverse event.
