What UDCPR allows on your plot

Citiwise reads UDCPR 2020, the building rules for every city, town and village in Maharashtra outside Greater Mumbai, and tells you what they allow on a plot of land. Give it the town or village, the plot area in square metres, square feet, gunthas or acres, the roads around it and the use, and it works out the permissible built-up area with and without TDR, the building that fits and its floors, the margin on every side, the height limit, parking, water, stairs, lifts, fire tanks, open space and the approvals the plot needs.
