CMD+RVL Receipts

Receipts checks claims about public conduit CMBS deals that file on EDGAR, such as a loan balance, a servicer, or a count of loans in special servicing.

Each answer is a receipt with citations to the filings it came from, and a list of anything it could not check. It also checks a fund's reported coupon on a security against NPORT-P filings.
