No account is needed to search listings, see delivered prices, read help, get quotes, or save a cross-list draft. A seller signs in only to manage their own listings, offers and sales. Pricing terms every tool uses. The take-home (take_home_usd) is what the seller is paid. The buyer price (buyer_price_usd) is what a buyer pays, delivery within 100 miles of the item included (added_to_buyer_price_usd). Every listing made from September 4 2026 on is priced from its take-home (pricing_basis take_home): the seller gives what they want to take home, and the category's transaction fee and pickup fee (for collecting the item) and the delivery are added on top to make the buyer price. There is no minimum price. The seller is paid that take-home at pickup, by bank transfer, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal, not after delivery. A background-checked crew picks the item up, so the seller never meets the buyer. Buyers put down $1 and pay the rest on delivery. Listing is free. Sellers pay a 20% platform fee plus a pickup fee. The pickup fee depends on the item and is shown before you list and on your listing confirmation. Nothing else is deducted. Quote tools return that category's actual pickup fee and transaction rate. Do not invent a pickup dollar range. Promote (Google Shopping, Facebook, Craigslist, OfferUp and similar) is an optional add-on and is never turned on by a tool. Older listings (pricing_basis asking_price) have an asking price (asking_usd): the buyer price is the asking price plus delivery, and the take-home is the asking price less the transaction fee and pickup fee at today's rates. When a buyer pays less than the listed price (an accepted offer), the take-home is what they pay less delivery, then the transaction fee, then the pickup fee. 's price_usd is a take-home. 's price_usd is in the listing's own pricing_basis. payout means take-home. Every tool that changes something requires confirmed: true, set only after the account holder has agreed to that exact change; without it nothing changes and the result says what would.
