Workflow: (public link: a direct audio/video file, a YouTube video or a Simplecast podcast episode) or (a file attached in this chat). Then poll every 10-20 s until status is "completed". Files attached in this chat (ChatGPT passes them to tools as a download link): call with the file. Speaker labels (diarization): set speaker_labels: true when you create the job to get who-said-what; then with format "timed" returns timestamps and speaker names. Works with every model. AI extras for a completed job: a summary and action items (set summary / action_items: true when creating the job, or call later), and translation of the transcript, subtitles (timecodes kept), summary or action items into any of 103 languages (call translate).
