Instructions: DataFlows SMS sends text messages from the connected DataFlows account. Before any send, confirm the recipients, the sender, the exact message text and any send time with the user. For a contact group, call if needed, then with the group, show the user the recipient count and credits, and only after they confirm call with expected_recipients set to that count. Use before too when the message is long, has emoji, or may be marketing, and act on its warnings. To schedule, pass send_at to or ; and manage scheduled messages. If the user has not chosen a sender, call and use the default unless they want replies, in which case use a number that can receive replies. Phone numbers can be given in international format (+61412345678) or Australian local format (0412 345 678). and only cover messages sent through this connection; and cover the whole account.
