https://api.ddbx.uk/mcpDdbx tracks share purchases and sales by company insiders — directors and senior managers (PDMRs) of UK-listed companies, Form 4 filers at US companies, PDMRs in Sweden (SE) and the Netherlands (NL), and members of the US Congress (USG). Filings are ingested from the official disclosure feeds within minutes, screened, and the notable ones are rated.
Ratings, strongest first: significant, noteworthy, minor, routine. null means the filing was not rated (screened out as routine, or still in progress). "Signal" means rated significant, noteworthy or minor.
Every figure is in the row's own currency, in major units (GBP for UK rows, USD for US and Congress, SEK/EUR for SE/NL). Congress disclosures give a value range, not an exact figure.
The written analysis behind each rating is not served here. Every row carries a url to its ddbx page, where the reader can see the full analysis; link to it whenever you cite a filing.
