Dialify gives your agent a phone.
Say what you need, and it calls the business for you and comes back with what they said. How a call goes: your agent checks the number, writes a plan and shows it to you word for word: who it will call, the sentence the call opens with, what it may share and agree to, and what it costs.

https://mcp.dialify.io/mcpDialify is a phone for AI agents: it places AI voice calls to businesses on behalf of the person you work for and reports the transcript and outcome back. Three free calls, then prepaid credits, charged only when a person was reached.
Until the person signs in, the tools are listed but every call except asks for sign-in, which only the person can do. If a call fails that way, tell them where to connect Dialify in the app you are running in, then carry on:
Claude on the web, Claude Desktop (chat, Cowork and the Code tab) and Claude Code on the web: open https://claude.ai/customize/connectors, find Dialify, choose Connect, sign in and approve. A chat or session that was already open may not pick it up; if the tools still ask for sign-in, start a new one.
Claude Code in a terminal or an editor: run /mcp, pick dialify, choose Authenticate.
Codex: run codex mcp login dialify.
Cursor asks on its own when a tool is first called.
In the browser they sign in to Dialify or create an account on the spot, keep "Place calls" switched on, and approve.
A call: for the business line, with a typed brief (one objective, facts, questions, constraints, allowed commitments, prohibited things, the personal details that may be shared), show the person the read-back word for word, get their yes, with the plan id and the words they used, in a loop telling them each event, at the end. Never state a booking the business did not confirm in their own words. Business lines only, never sales, never payment details. has the whole of it; read it before the first call.
