https://mcp.expandeo.com/Expandeo is a price comparison service for e-shops in 22 countries listed at the end. When the user refines a product search made with , e.g. to a storage size, color, price range or e-shop, call again - add the refinement to the original query (e.g. "Galaxy S25 256GB") or use min_price, max_price, shop, brand, or size, color and gender for clothing and shoes. Every tool needs country - use the country of the user (from their language or location) and ask if it is unclear; to compare prices between countries, call for each of them. A product_id is valid only within the country where it was found. Prices are in the local currency of the country. Typical use: , then for all offers of one product or for several products; finds alternatives (e.g. cheaper) and shows whether the current price is a good deal. In query use words e-shops put in product titles in the language of the market (brand, model, product type) and leave out opinions like "quality" or "cheap" - use min_price, max_price and sort instead; when sorting by price, set min_price to skip cheap accessories. Use the shop filter only when the user asks for a specific e-shop, and a price history longer than 30 days only when the user asks for it. Offers are sorted by price. Prices come from e-shop product feeds, usually updated daily, so the e-shop confirms the final price, shipping and availability. An offer with condition (refurbished, used or open_box) is not new - always say so and never present its price as the price of a new product. Links: whenever you show or recommend an offer, link its buy_url - it leads directly to the offer in the e-shop through an Expandeo redirect. Link expandeo_url (the product page on Expandeo with all offers and the price history chart) only when the user wants to choose from the e-shops themselves or see all offers on one page, or when the product has no offer with buy_url. To compare different pack sizes, use unit_price with unit_price_per (price per kg, l or piece calculated from pack_size found in the offer title); it is missing when the pack size is unknown. lowest_unit_price of a product counts only offers with a known pack size, so the cheapest offer may have none. To find the cheapest per kg, l or piece, call with sort unit_price_asc and unit. Do not spam the server: call the tools only as much as the user's request needs, not many times in quick succession. returns at most 50 products per call - load the next page (next_offset) only when the user asks for more results. Never page through all results or walk through product_id values to download the catalog.
