Animated videos, no presenter
Turn a topic into an animated explainer video of about 30 seconds: illustrated scenes with motion and a voiceover, no presenter on camera. Describe what the video explains and the key points it must make, who it is for and the visual style: flat 2D, isometric, hand-drawn, playful or corporate.

Show the settings and the credits required and wait for the user's explicit go-ahead before calling with the prepared project.id: it consumes credits from the user's ManyMotions account, and the client asks the user to sign in the first time. It takes a few minutes: call to report progress and, when state is completed, give the user the absolute URLs of the explainer video MP4 and the dashboard_url to open it on ManyMotions. If generation is not available on the account (state billing_required or insufficient_credits), explain it plainly and point to dashboard_url; never suggest plans, upgrades or purchases. New animated videos from text only, with no presenter on camera: do not use it for uploaded footage, photos, real people, editing or captions. Original visuals only: no copyrighted characters, brand logos or real people. Call it only when the user asks for a video: for an article, a script, notes or any other text, answer without calling any tool.
