Find Any Photo

Find Any Photo finds real public-domain photographs for a video script, article, book or presentation.

Describe the picture you need, such as "a breadline during the Great Depression", "the Wright brothers' first flight" or "an astronaut on the Moon", and it returns matching historical and archival photos from Library of Congress collections and US government photographers (through their copies on Wikimedia Commons) and from NASA's Image and Video Library. Each photo comes with its date, its archive, the reason it is public domain in plain words, a credit line and a link to the full-size file. More
