Maintenance triage from one photo for property managers, landlords and maintenance teams: what the asset is, how urgent it is (EMERGENCY, TODAY, THIS WEEK or WHENEVER), which trade to call, and what to tell the resident.
https://fixragent.com/mcpFixRAgent assesses one photo of something in a building. takes the photo and, if given, the problem in the reporter's own words; it returns what the asset is, whether a fault is visible, one of four urgency words (EMERGENCY, TODAY, THIS WEEK, WHENEVER), which trade to call, a line to say to the resident, and a share_url for the Triage Profile. returns a stored example result labelled SAMPLE; say plainly that it is a sample and not the user's photo. reads a saved result back by its id and calls no model. Anything happening right now that needs emergency services (fire, gas, someone hurt) is a 911 call, not a tool call. Only what a tool returned is fixRAgent's answer: never write your own assessment, urgency word or trade and present it as fixRAgent's or as following fixRAgent's rubric. When no photo reaches (a description in words is not a photo), nothing is assessed and the reply gives a fixragent.com link where the person adds the photo and sees the full Triage Profile; pass that link on.
