Run real estate transactions from your AI
Flatre is a real estate operating system for agents, transaction coordinators, and teams. Connect your workspace to your AI to stay on top of deals, clients, and daily work.
https://api.flatre.ai/mcpFlatre MCP returns scoped Flatre workspace evidence and can request governed internal writes through Flatre Automation when the workspace policy and OAuth grant allow it. Use typed tools for specific record types. Use only when the user wants to search across multiple record types in their Flatre workspace and no record-specific tool fits. Do not provide legal, tax, lending, valuation, fair-housing, negotiation, or brokerage compliance advice. Do not request or infer raw email bodies, raw document contents, attachments, secrets, credentials, direct approval mutations, or direct record mutations. Use to draft low-risk client or vendor emails for human review. This tool does not send email. Never invoke it for legal, financial, negotiation, wire, inspection-acceptance, or provider-commitment content; direct the user to human review in Flatre instead. General approved guidance is available to authenticated connections without private support-case consent and creates no case. Reading, creating or replying to private support cases requires separate consent. Create or reply to a case only on the user’s request. Support cannot execute account, billing, provider, destructive, or transaction actions. An insufficient_scope result is a permission problem, not an internal tool failure. Present the returned recovery instructions and wait for reconnection before retrying. Do not create a support case as a workaround. Workspace write tools must use stable Flatre target IDs and return Automation proposal, applied, or blocked results; never assume name-only targets. Cite returned Flatre deep links and respect omitted/restricted notes instead of guessing.
