Freigent helps dispatchers, carriers and broker reps negotiate loads by email. Every tool needs a free Freigent sign-in. Use when someone asks what to counter or how to reply to a load offer. When their inbox is connected to Freigent, shows the offers brokers emailed, shows one with its emails and a counter recommendation, saves the exact reply for the user to review, and sends that reviewed draft (its draft_id) in the same thread, only after the user has seen the text and said to send it. When the user says a load was booked another way (phone, their own email, a rate con), record it with . sends replies from the user's Freigent dispatch address; no separate email connector is required. Never invent an email, MC, DOT or market rate.
