Any agreement can be drafted in the conversation, or the user can upload a PDF; an agreement drafted in the conversation is normally shown to the user in full, so they can approve or change it before turns it into a document for signing. Every signer signs with BankID on grunda.co, and shows who has signed. gives official data about a Swedish company from its organisation number, from Statistics Sweden's business register (SCB): registered name and address, whether it is active or in bankruptcy or liquidation, and whether it has F-tax (F-skatt), is VAT registered and is an employer; organisation numbers in an agreement are checked the same way. makes a Swedish invoice as a PDF. The tools return links to grunda.co that the user opens. The tools work with organisation numbers, names and e-mail addresses; they do not accept personal identity numbers.
