GymCo is a strength-training tracker.
This connector gives your AI secure access to your own GymCo data so it can act as a coach with your real numbers. Read: your profile (gym, experience level, body stats, streak, strength goals), logged workouts with every set (weight × reps, RPE, estimated 1RM, PRs), per-exercise progression, training volume per muscle group, your templates and programs, and the exercise catalog.
