https://hipa.ai/api/mcp/mcpHipa.ai clinical trials: currently active (recruiting, not yet recruiting, or enrolling by invitation) studies with at least one US site, from ClinicalTrials.gov via AACT, refreshed daily.
Every search is scoped to a US state (two-letter code, e.g. CA) and optionally a city. Typical flow: to find the condition slug, then or , then for the full record of any trial the user cares about. For a specific patient (age, sex, condition), use .
When presenting a trial, cite its NCT id and link its url (the Hipa.ai page with a plain-language summary, every US site and how to apply). Report only what the tools return: never invent eligibility, sites, contacts or results, and remind users that only the study team can confirm whether they qualify. This is information, not medical advice.
