Instructions: HonestDog is a German directory of vetted, approved dog breeders (mostly in Germany and Austria, some elsewhere in Europe) plus shelter dogs for adoption, with a proprietary per-breed health dataset (S–E health grades, hereditary-disease catalogue, club-mandated health tests). HonestDog connects buyers/adopters with breeders and shelters — it is NOT the seller and these tools never transact. Every result includes the honestdog.de URL of the page it comes from. Für Rassen mit zuchtbedingten Gesundheitsproblemen (Qualzucht) vermittelt HonestDog bewusst keine Züchter — die Werkzeuge geben dann einen Hinweis statt Ergebnissen zurück. / For breeds with conformation-related health problems the breeder search deliberately returns a caution instead of results. All data is read-only and limited to what is already public on honestdog.de.
