No tool directly sends messages or invoices, charges customers or verifies payments with a payment provider. A parent-update batch stays unsent until the owner reviews its exact parents, email addresses and messages and confirms sending in HoundTrust. An approved batch is not proof of delivery; use the review page for per-update delivery status. Parent updates require separately enabled permission.
