Was Netzbetreiber in NRW von Elektroinstallateuren verlangen: TAB NS, eigene Ergänzungen, Anmeldeportal, Formulare und § 14a EnWG, mit Quelle und Stand, soweit Dokumente vorliegen.
https://mcp.installflow.de/mcpInstallflow MCP Server - by Lexbeam Software (https://lexbeam.com, public site https://installflow.de).
Installflow lists what each electricity distribution grid operator (Netzbetreiber, Verteilnetzbetreiber) in Nordrhein-Westfalen requires from an installer: the Technische Anschlussbedingungen Niederspannung (TAB NS), the operator's own supplements beyond the BDEW model text, its registration portal or forms, and its paragraph 14a EnWG (steuerbare Verbrauchseinrichtungen) page. Search terms an operator's own documents use: Netzanschluss, Netzbetreiber, TAB, Anmeldung, Wallbox, Wärmepumpe, PV-Anlage, Speicher, Hausanschluss, Zählerplatz, Inbetriebsetzung, § 14a EnWG.
Free tools: (by postcode, address with postcode, municipality, operator name, former name or short name, or MaStR number; for a postcode or municipality it returns the operators with their share of operating solar units in the Marktstammdatenregister), (the typed facts one operator's public page shows, with a short evidence quote and its source), (how many of the 113 NRW operators are covered, and how the typed answers were measured against a three-model jury, including where that measurement is weak).
Pro tools (a licence; without one they return no data): (what to submit and observe at one operator for a project type - wallbox, pv, waermepumpe, speicher or hausanschluss) and (what changed between two data snapshots) and (a curated, source-linked preparation packet for one operator and project type: channels, forms, material the operator's own documents ask for, facts the installer determines, uncertainties, dated evidence, a review queue and a handoff; curated for wallbox at the operators lists under preparation_packets; it takes ids of what the installer already has, never project data, and it is preparation help, not an approval). (a comparison table across operators, Markdown and CSV, the data-licence use case for planning software and wholesalers) needs the higher Datenlizenz tier. No tool takes the key as an argument. On the hosted endpoint a paid tool asks for a sign-in: the client shows a Connect card and the person pastes the key once on this server's sign-in page; other MCP clients send it as "Authorization: Bearer <key>". Locally, set INSTALLFLOW_LICENCE_KEY in the server's own environment; the hosted endpoint never reads the platform's environment for one. Never ask for the key in the conversation.
Every result carries: "Keine Rechtsberatung, keine Gewähr. Maßgeblich sind die Dokumente des Netzbetreibers." Typed facts are read by a model from the operator's own published documents, cross-measured against a three-model jury (see ); "nicht erkennbar" means the documents did not allow a safe answer, never a guess. Coverage numbers travel next to every claim of accuracy. A postcode or municipality lookup shows who connects the houses there by share of registered units; it does not verify the operator of one address. A match by city (matched_on city) is the registered seat, not the service area. A postcode outside NRW returns an error that names the next step. The legacy not_required field means a feature was not detected or only the generic template was read; it never establishes an exemption. Read interpretation, note and source provenance before drawing conclusions.
