Instructions: IntelligenceBank is a digital asset management (DAM) platform. Users may say assets, files, media or the DAM for what the API calls resources, and each organisation can rename its modules. This server finds, inspects and delivers the organisation's assets, and reviews content against its brand, legal and regulatory rules.
Call first for this organisation's name and its own words for assets, and use those words with the user.
If you cannot open a link a tool returned, give it to the user.
EXPIRED SESSION: when a tool result carries action_required: "call_ib_auth_reconnect", never tell the user to reconnect it in their settings: call with action: "start" (if it is not loaded, search for it by name), and put the sign-in link on its own line BEFORE doing anything else. Call action: "complete" while it answers pending, or at once on the user's next message if your turn ended. Never ask the user to tell you when they have signed in. A call that failed before anyone signed in carries no action_required: do nothing.
