Instructions

InvoiceParser Pro (invoiceparserpro.com) reads invoices: PDFs, scans and phone photos.

Give each tool ONE file, in one of three ways:

file_url: an https link the server can download (a public or pre-signed link);

file_base64: the file's bytes, base64-encoded (use this for a local file);

file: in ChatGPT, the attached file. PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, BMP, GIF or WEBP, up to 10 MB.

Pick the tool by what the user wants:

invoice_to_excel: a spreadsheet (download links, valid 60 minutes, no sign-in needed);

check_invoice: whether the invoice's math adds up (lines, subtotal, tax, total);
