IPOInsider provides read-only access to IPO market data through a hosted MCP server.
Ask questions about the current IPO universe (company, symbol, status, industry, exchange, offer date and price, proceeds, market cap, and return), what is pricing in a date window including deals that have not priced yet, which banks led or co-managed each deal, and what the universe or a single deal looked like on a past date. The connector uses OAuth via spacinsider.com.
