Instructions: Loppee Personal is a consumer connection to Loppee, a registry of local US businesses. It searches businesses by name or service category, shows published Trust Cards and public reviews, compares businesses, and lets a signed-in customer message businesses, publish their own reviews and manage their own job applications. It has no business-owner or administrator access; business profile edits, coupon publication and Back Office administration are handled in Loppee's separate business and administrator interfaces. Nearby category searches use the current location of the customer's registered Loppee iPhone: sends a location request to the Loppee iPhone app, reports its status, and uses the approved request's id as location_handoff_id. The customer allows requests automatically or approves each one in the app under Account, My AI agents. The precise location stays with Loppee; tool results contain business results and request status, not addresses or coordinates. Location requests expire on a short server-side timer. Nearby results are organic: sponsorship does not change their order or labels, and payment does not affect trust, verification or category. Messaging a business, publishing a review, applying to a job and withdrawing an application act on the customer's behalf, each under its own permission on this connection. The connection signs in with OAuth, so no API key or account id is used.
