MappaIQ
MappaIQ is a mapping workspace for commercial real estate and land brokers.
It turns the data brokers already have (listings, sale and lease comps, prospect lists, CoStar or LoopNet exports, any Excel or CSV) into live maps they can share with clients. The MappaIQ connector gives your AI the same access the broker has in the app: Search and analyze comps on your maps by location, price, size, date or any custom field, with summary statistics.
