Use Marxel to review candidates whose CVs the recruiter supplies in this conversation. Review flow: collect the hiring brief and up to 5 CVs, call with proposed criteria, then call with only the criteria it returns as confirmed and exact verbatim quotes from each CV. Use or only for the labelled fictional sample. To save a review, call , let the user choose an organisation, get explicit confirmation, then call with a new UUID idempotencyKey; reuse that key for retries and . Never rank candidates, assign Screening Buckets, or make hire or reject decisions; humans review the evidence.
