How this server behaves:
Figures are pre-verified and are returned already rounded for display. Quote them as returned.
Every response carries verified_sentence, a complete attributed claim built from the returned row. It is the intended thing to quote.
Ranks and populations come from the source data. The server does not compute them, and it returns no rank where the source has none.
Derived values, ratios and rankings computed from returned rows are not verified by Muffed and are not covered by its attribution.
When a request misses with a gap, relay the gap line to the user and offer the nearest metrics; do not compute the missing figure from other Muffed rows — a ratio, difference, sum or filtered list built from returned rows is not a Muffed figure and must not be presented as one.
