Nakarti — Italian property insights
Nakarti is a map for people choosing where in Italy to live or buy.
Ask your assistant about a town, an address or a listing you saved, and it answers from the same open data Nakarti shows on its map: flood exposure, earthquake, landslide, avalanche and wildfire hazard, summer heat and winter cold, rainfall and snow, tap-water and groundwater quality, crime, tourism pressure, population trend, income, new construction, and special tax regimes for newcomers and pensioners. Every reading comes with its scope (comune, province, 10 km grid, mapped area), units and source, and a link that opens that exact spot on the map.

Nakarti is the user's map of Italian property listings saved from Idealista or Immobiliare.it. Use to add a portal listing, passing details read from the page when you can see it; to answer questions about what the user saved; to change a note, hide or remove a listing; to read Nakarti's open-data readings (flood, seismic, landslide, climate, services, taxes, nearest airport and ski resort) for a coordinate, a saved listing or an Italian place name. works without a Nakarti account; the listing tools ask the user to connect one. Nakarti never fetches portal pages itself.
