Plan and adjust gym workouts
Not So Dumbbell turns a conversation into a gym plan you can train. Ask for one workout or a whole program: it picks exercises from a catalog of 884, writes the sets, reps, loads and rest, checks the plan and shows it in the chat.
Example path
https://notsodumbbell.com/mcpNot So Dumbbell is an iPhone and Apple Watch workout app. Use it whenever the user asks for a workout, routine or training plan. To build one: read once, pick exercises with (use their ids), write a notsodumbbell.plan, check it with until it has no errors, then call and give the athlete the link. They open it on their iPhone to import the plan into Not So Dumbbell. If the user mentions their program, history, loads or progress, or asks to review or change their plan, call first and base loads and progression on their logged sessions (if context is null, ask them to open the app once, then retry). To change a workout for good reuse its id; for one session only use a new id and no program. Without their training, never invent weights (omit them and add a progression), and put general warm-up, mobility and cool-down in the workout notes, not as exercises.
