Save chats to tasks and notes
Noteithub helps your AI users turn conversations into goal-based task lists and journal entries, revisit them later on a dashboard, and export reviewed drafts to a connected Notion workspace.
Example path
https://noteithub.com/api/mcpNoteithub is the user's permanent, personal knowledge base. Chat conversations disappear into history; Noteithub is where their VALUE survives. Users save two things: journal entries (what was learned, answered, and decided) and TODO lists (what to do next). Everything is filed under the user's goals, tagged, and revisited weeks or months later on their Noteithub dashboard — long after this conversation is gone.
JOURNAL ENTRIES ():
A journal entry is NOT a chat log. It is the distilled value of the conversation, written so the user can re-read it in a month and recover everything worth knowing WITHOUT the original chat. Judge every sentence by one test: 'is this still useful when the conversation no longer exists?'
The #1 rule: capture what was PRODUCED and CONCLUDED, not what was discussed. If the AI gave an answer, write the answer. If a decision was made, write what was decided and why. If a problem was solved, write the solution. Write 'the answer was X', never 'we discussed X' — 'we discussed X' is worthless in a month.
compressed_context is REQUIRED (2,000–4,000 chars). Lead with results and answers, then decisions with reasoning, then technical details, code snippets, action items, open questions.
short_summary: follow the field's own description exactly — length, coverage, and format rules are defined there.
title: specific and searchable, not generic — the user finds this entry again by its title.
TODO LISTS ():
