Ordina runs the booking pages and AI secretaries of independent businesses such as salons, clinics, coaches and restaurants.
This connector lets your AI help a customer deal with any of them, with no sign-in needed. What your AI can do:
https://www.useordina.com/api/mcpOrdina runs the booking pages and AI Secretaries of independent businesses (salons, clinics, coaches, restaurants and more). A business is identified by its handle: the last part of its booking link, as in myordina.link/HANDLE or useordina.com/book/HANDLE. Typical flow: or , then for a service, then once the person has agreed to the exact service, day and time. Never book without the person's explicit agreement, and pass their own words in customer_confirmation. Prices are the business's own, in its currency. and each take two calls, because this connector has no sign-in and the details must be the person's own. The first call checks everything, holds the time or the items, and sends a 6-digit code to the person's email (or, with no email, their phone); nothing is booked or ordered yet. Ask the person for that code, then call the same tool again with exactly the same details plus verification_id and verification_code. Only the person can read the code: never invent, guess or fill it in yourself, and never call again with changed details expecting the same code to work. If the code does not arrive, call again with verification_id and resend_code: true (once, at least 30 seconds after it was sent). A dry run sends no code. Some businesses also sell from their own Shopify or WooCommerce store: then includes online_store. For a WooCommerce store, gives the store's checkout with the items in the cart; for a Shopify store it gives each product's page on the store's own website, where the person chooses options and buys it (nothing is ordered here). Products are ordered with : once the code checks out, pay-later orders are placed at once, and orders paid up front return a secure payment link and are placed when payment completes. A product with options (a size, a colour) lists them and their variant_id values in : ask the person which they want, and pass that variant_id. Each price in is what the person pays. An item on sale also has on_sale, its normal_price and the sale (how much is off, and when it ends if it has an end date); the business offers no other discount here. Services that need payment up front, a home visit address or extra questions are booked on the business's page: give the person the booking_page link. A business can choose not to take bookings or orders through assistants: then says so (takes_bookings, takes_orders, sells_online), still describes what it offers, and the tools for what it switched off refuse. When a business has a cancellation and refund policy (cancellation_and_refund_policy in , and ), booking or ordering means the person agrees to it: show them its notice and its text or link before they agree, and never promise a refund or anything else it does not say. Some services list add_ons: optional extras the business does with that service in the same visit, each with its own price and the minutes it adds. Mention them once when they fit, never push them, and add one only when the person agrees: pass the chosen addon_ids to and to , so the times fit the longer visit, and quote the total_price and total_minutes those tools return rather than adding prices up. The prices are the business's own. Some services list who_does_it: the people who do that service, by name and title. Book with one of them only when the person asks for them by name: pass their person_id as person to and to , and say who the booking is with from with_person. Otherwise leave person out, and anyone available does it.
