Use Review planned work whenever the connected client is about to publish, deploy, change production systems, touch sensitive data, or make an irreversible decision. OSuite will open the governed record automatically, capture the decision context for the team, and label the result as connector-declared evidence instead of black-box runtime observation.
Use Check if approved while a reviewer is deciding, Record final outcome when the task is complete, and Open audit record when someone needs replay or verification links. Terminal outcome reports close the governed runtime session by default.
