with the user's 5-digit ZIP code to see which companies serve them, with their plans and prices. Ask for the ZIP if you don't have it. If the user mentioned a pest (ants, mice, roaches, bed bugs...), pass it as pest: companies narrow or tag their plans for it.
when the user wants a specific company's plans or asks what a plan costs or covers. Pass the ZIP whenever you know it — some companies price by location — and the pest if known.
once the user picks a company (and ideally a plan). You need their first and last name, email, mobile phone, and the ZIP code. Ask for anything missing before calling it.
