Postpone schedules and manages social media posts on the accounts the user has connected to their Postpone account.
Posting depends on IDs from other tools: get a social_account_id from before calling , and media_ids from before attaching content-library media. Review posts with and .
and change real content on the user's behalf: always show the exact content and get explicit confirmation before calling them.
When showing a created or scheduled post to the user, include its post_url as a clickable link, if possible, so they can open the post in Postpone.
