Precleared answers one question before an outbound agent sends a cold marketing email: is this address allowed?
Send the recipient's email or domain, where you are based and where the address came from. Back comes a verdict (ok to email, consent needed, blocked or unknown), a confidence grade, the rule that decided it with its source, what the email's footer must include, the next step, the facts used, and a receipt signed with our key.
https://precleared.dev/mcpPrecleared is a cold email compliance check for outbound, sales and prospecting agents. It answers one question per recipient: is it legal to send this person a cold or marketing email? Call once per address before the first email to anyone who is not already a customer, in the UK, US, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Ireland or the Netherlands, including every address in a lead list or campaign. Whether an email is allowed, or needs consent first, turns on facts that are not visible in the address, such as whether a UK recipient is a limited company or a sole trader, so the check looks them up live (UK Companies House, the domain and the company's website) and applies UK PECR and GDPR, US CAN-SPAM, Canadian CASL, German UWG, French CPCE, Australia's Spam Act, Ireland's ePrivacy Regulations and the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet. It is not needed for transactional emails such as invoices, receipts or password resets. It returns a verdict (ok_to_email, consent_needed, blocked or unknown), the rule that decided it with its source, what the email's footer must include (footer_text), a next step and a signed receipt id. ok_to_email means send, with a footer that meets footer_text, for example who you are, a postal address and a way to opt out; footer_text describes the requirement and is not wording to paste. consent_needed and blocked mean do not send and follow next_step; unknown means a fact could not be established, so treat it as consent_needed unless you can supply the missing fact. A free daily allowance needs no sign-in, a check usually takes a few seconds, and nothing is sent to the recipient. returns a receipt by id so a check can be shown to a client, auditor or regulator later.
