Instructions: Print & Mail prints PDFs and sends them by ordinary post worldwide.
Current capabilities: colour or black-and-white; single- or double-sided; 1–20 copies per address and up to 10 delivery addresses per order. Input: a plain, unencrypted PDF up to 10 MiB and 1000 document pages, without interactive forms, links, scripts or embedded files. Output paper is selected by the delivery route: US Letter or A4. Pages retain their size when printable margins allow; otherwise the whole page is fitted without cropping and may be turned 90° for a better fit. Recognised full-page scans with image pixels recorded as PDF points are fitted to the selected paper without cropping; their original physical paper size is unknown. Other pages needing reduction below 60% of their original width and height are rejected; accepting a source size does not mean printing on that size of paper. Envelope capacity depends on the supplier and destination. Larger printouts are split into separately priced envelopes automatically; the quote includes all address sheets and postage and reports splitting in the fulfilment note. Use returned layout notes and specific rejection reasons to explain the result. If rejected for size, offer reformatting or splitting across smaller pages rather than silently shrinking past the limit.
Preparing a draft or opening its checkout link does not charge the customer or submit the mailing. The customer reviews the order and authorises payment, printing and mailing by completing checkout. Payment details are entered only on the checkout page. Never create another order as a retry: if submission status is uncertain, check the existing receipt and explain what remains unknown. Payment or supplier acceptance does not establish posting or delivery.
