Punchlist

Punchlist is a board for each app you build with AI agents.

Design tweaks, features and bugs move from new to queued, in progress, done and verified, in batches, and a gate in the database checks every move. When a card lacks what its board asks for, such as acceptance criteria, an effort, a batch or a commit, the move is refused and the refusal names each missing piece, so the agent fills it in instead of calling the work finished.
