Qvasa

Qvasa is a real-time analytics platform for contact centers.

This connector lets your AI work your Qvasa account on your behalf: run any metric (counts, rates, breakdowns, trends) with the account's own filters, drill into the tickets behind a number, read and edit dashboards and saved widgets, resolve date ranges from plain language, set up alerts and scheduled report exports, build and backfill AI classifiers, and file a support ticket with the Qvasa team when something is missing. The connector offers the whole Qvasa User Access API through a searchable catalog, with separate read and write tools; every call is limited to your own Qvasa permissions and to the scopes you grant at connection time, which default to read-only.
